More details about my main projects with a focus on achievements and the approaches used:
Pons — electronic cigarettes
  • Go-To-Market. Successfully expanded to Kazakhstan with annual turnover of 40 mln. ₽ on the first year.
  • Product Launch. Launched female e-cigs Pons Slim online and contributed to GTM in Russia and CIS.
  • CPA, Affiliate. Started Ponsmoney from scratch and developed it up to annual turnover of 150 mln. ₽.
  • A/B/n + HADI. Raised the CR and increased the online sales volume of the Pons sites up to 60% without changing the quality and/or the amount of traffic.
  • Performance. 30 mln. people were engaged by Pons digital ads only on 2010 – 300-350 orders per day from affiliate, context and teaser traffic.
SpaceshipApps — iOS & Android
  • Boutique Agency. Only mobile apps development and online promotions. Growth within 1 year and further retention as one of the market leaders for 2 years.
  • 50+ projects in 5 years. Including A-class brands: Yaposha, VIS, startups in US and EU. Quality first.
  • Remote IT team. 7 out of 10 members worked remotely and stayed with us for 3 years on average.
  • Swift Revenge. Own title earned "Game of the Week" и "New & Noteworthy" awards from Apple.
  • B2B SaaS. Own boxed food delivery app with the USP to combine several brands in one modular software.
Sin Story — vaping e-liquids
  • E-commerce. Relaunched Pons digital marketing & sales in 4 months: 4 brand sites and 1 online store.
  • Digital First. Developed and implemented Sin Story promotional strategy despite the government limitations. 3 weeks after the campaign started the combined traffic reached 100k on a daily basis.
  • Event Marketing. Invented, planned and performed the series of 4 vaping degustations and 2 show-parties held in Moscow's leading vapeshops to conduct offline distribution and support online promotions.
Chocolub — chocolate per subscription

  • MVP. Developed the concept, structure and positioning of the 3 online-projects (E-comm, Travel). Assembled the team, brought to life and tested them on practice.
  • Project Management. Prepared and arranged them for launch on both product and marketing matters. Was in charge of planning, execution, timing and budget.
  • CTA. Invented and implemented the untraditional lead generation approaches – funnels with up to 20% CR.
FIRST TSUPIS — fintech for sports
  • Mobile Wallet. Overachieved marketing plan for B2C revenue 12 consecutive months by an average of 135% – more than 22 million rubles of additional profit.
  • 2019. Built up marketing mix and assembled the team from scratch: 3 new sites, 2 hero videos, 1 redesign project and more than 750k activated target audience.
  • 2020. Added Affiliate marketing (CPI / CPA networks and cross-promo in B2B) and got +4000 leads on pilot.
  • HR Brand. Crafted and promoted from ground zero. Case: 436 contacts of Java developers with the CR of 19,8% from only 1 IT event and 1 month to prepare.
MyGig — HRtech for part-time jobs
  • USP №1. Platform became the biggest in Russia in its category: 500 000+ user, 38+ regions, 1000+ orders.
  • B2C. Acquired more than 450 000 «blue collars» in two years (growth x10) up to 28 ₽ per registration.
  • B2B. Plan for B2B leads overachieved by 217% in 1Q23 and 112% in 2Q23, cost per qualified up to 4527 ₽.
  • Team & Budget. 5 streams, up to 12 people not counting agents and contractors. Total marketing spend up 2-3 times less than those of competitors.
